Your pets deserve loving care, comfort, and safety in the comfort of their own home!

To provide our feline and small animal clients with the high-level, dedicated care they deserve, we strictly limit the number of bookings we accept.

Reservations made 30+ days in advance of your travel require a 25% non-refundable and non-creditable retainer. You are securing a guaranteed spot on my calendar and because I may turn down other work to remain available for these dates this retainer is required to lock-in your booking.

**By paying this fee you are purchasing the exclusive "lock" on these dates and if you cancel at ANY time after the booking, the retainer is forfeited as an administrative fee. The remaining 75% balance is due at the start of the assignment.

Cancellations 8+ days prior to start: no additional fees are due. (Any 25% retainer already paid remains non-refundable as stated above, for bookings 30+ days out.)

Cancellations 1-7 days prior to start: the full 100% fee is due and must be paid immediately via Zelle, Venmo or check.

Holiday Bookings: Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's: 14 days' notice is required. if cancelled with less than 14 days notice, 100% of the total fee is due.

We do NOT charge for multiple pets; we have flat-rate pricing based on the duration of the visit

$32 45 minutes visit

$5 extra per visit for service outside our primary area and for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day

Minimum 1 visit per day required

No every-other-day visits allowed
