To provide our feline and small animal clients with the high-level, dedicated care they deserve, we strictly limit the number of bookings we accept.

Standard Bookings: We kindly request 7 days notice for cancellations. With less than 7 days notice, 50% of the total fee is due.

Short Notice: Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full as this time has been specifically held for your pets.

Holidays: During Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's, 14 days notice is required to avoid the full service fee.

We do NOT charge for multiple pets; we have flat-rate pricing based on the duration of the visit
